1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or utilizing ANZ Connex services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our logistics network.
2. Service Provision
ANZ Connex provides 3PL warehousing, freight forwarding, and transport services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service without prior notice, provided that existing contractual obligations are met.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding shipment contents, dimensions, and weight. Hazardous materials must be declared in accordance with New Zealand safety regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANZ Connex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for logistics services is due in accordance with the specific service agreement or invoice terms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the individual client contract.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
